3-Year Christmas Tree Warranty

At Speckled Space, we want you to enjoy your Christmas tree for many festive seasons to come. That’s why selected Speckled Space artificial Christmas trees come with a 3-year limited warranty, giving you added peace of mind with your purchase.

Our warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal household use, subject to the terms below.

What does the 3-year warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural or functional components of the Christmas tree during the warranty period.

Depending on the tree model, this may include:

  • Defective hinges or branch connections
  • Faulty tree sections or structural components
  • Manufacturing defects affecting assembly
  • Electrical faults in built-in lighting systems for eligible pre-lit trees
  • Other defects determined by Speckled Space to be caused by manufacturing

Where appropriate, Speckled Space may provide replacement parts, repair, or another suitable remedy.

How long is the warranty valid?

The warranty is valid for 3 years from the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect assembly, unsuitable storage or external causes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Normal shedding of foliage or loose tips, compression or movement of foliage
  • Minor tip breakage caused by compression during packing, shipping or storage
  • Changes in branch shape caused by storage
  • Damage caused by excessive bending, pulling or improper fluffing
  • Damage caused during dismantling or storage
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by pets, children or external impact
  • Water, moisture, mould or humidity-related damage caused by unsuitable storage conditions
  • Damage caused by modifications or unauthorised repairs
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect the normal use of the tree
  • Missing or damaged accessories after the tree has been used or stored

Please note: Artificial Christmas trees are compressed for packing and transportation. Some shedding, flattened foliage or occasional small tip breakage may occur when the tree is removed from the box and is considered normal rather than a manufacturing defect. Proper fluffing and shaping will help restore the tree’s intended appearance.

For pre-lit trees, damage caused by incorrect electrical use, unsuitable power sources or unauthorised alterations may also be excluded.

Pre-Lit Christmas Tree Warranty

For eligible Speckled Space pre-lit Christmas trees, the 3-year warranty also covers qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the integrated lighting system.

Before making a warranty claim, please ensure that:

  • All tree sections are properly connected
  • LED connectors are securely fitted
  • The power plug is connected correctly
  • The remote control, where applicable, is pointed towards the receiver
  • The power source is functioning normally

Our team may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting before arranging a replacement part or further assessment.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you experience an issue with your Christmas tree, please contact our team at 8106 0006 and provide the following:

  • Your name
  • Contact Number, Order number or proof of purchase
  • Christmas tree model
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

This helps our team assess the issue and recommend the most appropriate solution.

Misplaced your proof of purchase? No worries. Simply provide our team with the contact details used for your purchase, and we’ll assist in retrieving your order history where possible.

Will the entire Christmas tree be replaced?

Not necessarily.

Where possible, we may replace the affected component or section rather than the entire tree. This could include a branch section, tree section, stand, connector or lighting component.

The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability and the condition of the tree.

Does the warranty cover Christmas ornaments and decorations?

The 3-year Christmas tree warranty applies only to eligible artificial Christmas trees unless otherwise stated.

Christmas ornaments, wreaths, decorations, accessories and storage bags are subject to their respective product terms and policies.

How should I care for my Christmas tree?

Proper care helps keep your tree looking its best and reduces the risk of damage.

After Christmas, remove all ornaments and accessories, make sure the tree is completely dry, gently compress the branches and store the tree in a proper Christmas tree storage bag in a cool, dry indoor area.

Avoid forcing branches into tight spaces or storing the tree in areas exposed to excessive moisture.
