1) Due to the uneven moisture of the material during high temperature, there are inevitably flaw in the details that may appear on the pot, we seek your kind understanding.

2) Handcrafted items may exhibit slight unevenness in finishing and visible joint lines, along with occasional air bubbles from the manufacturing heating process.

3) There may be a 1-2cm difference in measurements depending on the development and manufacturing process.

4) Do note that in the event if your plant is more prone to porous pots, there will be possibility of soil trace that will be absorbed out of the pot. This trace can be cleaned up with a cloth.

Delivery will be within 3-5 working days. Delivery is between Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm).
