The mats are also leakproof which prevents your flooring to be stained with water markings. It has an anti-slip backing which prevent the mat to shift when you’re using them.

How do you keep your diatomite mat clean?
Everyone gets lazy after a long day of house keeping! The easiest way to keep it clean is have it machine washed but do ensure that you do not mix with other clothings for hygiene purpose. You can also have the mats scrub.

What should you do when the mats have stained on it?
These mats are a prevention aid for it to not stain on your countertop or flooring. If there’s any stain on it, you’ll have to quickly wipe it off but it will not be totally removed because this mat is supposed to prevent stains to happen on the expensive countertop or flooring that you have. Well, if it gets dirty over a period of time, then it’s time for a new change.
