1.1 Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. Delivery will be made to the address provided.
1.2 Standard delivery charge is S$5 per order and your order should arrive within 5 working days.
1.3 All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders that are placed after 3.00pm will be processed the following business day. For orders that are placed on weekends and public holidays, it will be processed the following business day.
1.4 For orders placed under Self-Collection, the orders will be available for collection at our warehouse upon receipt of the fulfilment confirmation order at 3016 Ubi Road 1 #04-145 Singapore 408706 Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
1.5 Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control save as precluded by law. We will try to deliver within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please contact us at (65) 81060006 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will strive to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Carrier Company.
1.6 We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. Speckled Space will not be liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address have been entered incorrectly. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order, if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control there may be a charge.
1.7 Oversized furniture items requiring a Two Man delivery can only be delivered where there is access to a lift (depending on the size of both the oversized furniture and the lift). In the event that lift accessibility is not available, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance on the applicable charges.
1.8 If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at (65) 8106 0006 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require you to notify us within seven (7) days to ensure a prompt response from us.
